11:00 AM EST. Why is the time so important? Because these blushes GO! They really sell out within minutes. When I was lucky enough to snatch up Immoral blush (See Right) I had to keep refreshing the page until I saw it for a split second off "hold". Even then it was shipped later than the other products I purchased because of high demand. The moral of the story is if you get a chance to buy Rock and Republic blush on Tuesday... Do it!
